Cookie Policy

We use as few cookies as possible. This site does not run any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cookies fall into two groups:

These come from Supabase, our authentication provider, and are required for the site to function: keeping you signed in, protecting against cross-site request forgery, and remembering your role-based dashboard. They cannot be switched off, because the site cannot log you in without them.

We also store one item in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie, but similar in effect), btb-analytics-consent, which simply remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we don’t ask again on every page.

If you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics (GA4), which sets its own cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) to give us anonymized, aggregate statistics about site usage: which pages are visited, in general terms, not who you are individually.

If you click “Decline”, or don’t respond, the Google Analytics script never loads at all: not a reduced version of it, none of it. This is enforced in code, not just policy: the analytics script tag itself does not render until you’ve explicitly accepted.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site (or, once available, via a “cookie settings” link we plan to add to the footer), which will show the consent banner again on your next visit.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking the strictly necessary Supabase cookies will prevent you from staying signed in to a dashboard, but all public marketing pages will still work normally.
