Terms of Service

By creating an account, applying as an exhibitor or hosted buyer, booking a free ticket, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Bindi to Brera 2027 runs 19–21 February 2027 at Superstudio Maxi, Milan, Italy. Friday 19 February is reserved for exhibitors, hosted buyers, and press. Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 February are open to the public alongside continued trade activity. Dates, hours, and floor layout are subject to change; we will update the site if they do.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@binditobrera.it if you suspect unauthorized access.

Submitting an exhibitor, buyer, sponsor, or partner application does not guarantee acceptance. We review and approve applications at our discretion, based on fit with the event’s curation criteria. Booth reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis among approved exhibitors and are not final until confirmed by our team.

Public-day tickets are free and capacity-limited. A booking is not a guarantee of entry if you arrive outside your booked time slot or if you cannot present your QR code (digital or printed) at check-in. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets booked per person or household, and to cancel bookings made through automated, fraudulent, or abusive means (including bypassing rate limits or bot-detection measures).

You agree not to:

• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to book tickets, reserve booths, or scrape the site beyond normal, reasonable use
• Attempt to bypass rate limiting, authentication, or access controls
• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading
• Use the matchmaking or directory features to spam or harass other users
• Misrepresent your company, products, or certifications in an exhibitor or product listing

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Bindi to Brera name, branding, and site design are owned by us. Exhibitors and other users retain ownership of the content they upload (product images, descriptions, certifications) but grant us a license to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the event and matchmaking directory.

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that matchmaking introductions will result in any particular business outcome, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by Italian and EU law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or attendance at the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
